Are you ready to make a real impact at Tadano Oceania? Tadano Oceania, a proud member of the Tadano Group, a global leader in mobile crane manufacturing, is looking for a 'hands-on' Health Safety Environment Manager to create safer, healthier workplaces across our sites in Brisbane (head office), Perth, Melbourne, and Sydney. This role has flexibility to be based in Brisbane (Lytton) or Perth (Hope Valley) offices.

  • Compliance & Systems: Stay ahead of regulations and manage safety systems across all sites.

What You'll Bring:

  • Solid HSE experience, with a demonstrated track record of managing risks and driving safety improvements.

  • Relevant OH&S qualifications including Diploma and/or Bachelor degree in applied science (desirable)

  • Strong knowledge of Australian safety regulations (including psychosocial) and experience with regulators and return to work.

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to effectively engage at all levels

  • Ability to compile concise and regular HSE management reports

  • Flexible and practical in understanding business requirements and delivering OH&S expectations

  • Sharp analytical abilities to interpret data and identify trends.

  • Flexibility to travel interstate and intrastate.
