We're looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join our team In this role, you'll manage the sourcing, screening, and hiring of high-volume, entry-level roles at Aussie. If you have experience in high-volume recruitment and are passionate about finding top talent, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a permanent, full-time position.

Let’s talk about you

Demonstrated ability to:
- Excel both independently and as part of a team- Have hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment, ideally in high-volume hiring- Workday experience is a plus- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to supporting teams and stakeholders- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, quickly learning and adapting to change

How will you support our “Why?”- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding- Lead high-volume hiring for entry-level contact center roles-
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers- Build strong talent pipelines alongside the Recruitment team- Work independently and collaboratively, quickly adapting to a fast-paced environment while staying organised and meeting deadlines- Work with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure a smooth process aligned with Aussie values
