What You Will Be Doing

We are looking for a proactive People Officer to join our Injury Management team. In this role, you will provide professional and compassionate customer service and administrative support to the Injury Management team, injured employees, organisational leaders, and the WorkCover Agent. You will perform duties across a range of areas, including data entry, pay queries, and oversight and maintenance of the Injury Management database.

You'll be part of a close-knit team that values both professionalism and a positive outlook. With the flexibility of hybrid work and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful work, this role offers a great balance of career growth and an uplifting team culture.

What You Need

We anticipate you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a comparable administration role
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal
  • Proven interpersonal and relationship building skills, with the ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or a related discipline (or currently undertaking studies in this area) are desirable
