Support the Bid Director in managing procurement activities for Energy and Resources tenders, especially Transmission Lines. Help ensure proposals are technically sound, cost-effective, and aligned with project timelines.

Your focus will include:

  • Assist with Make or Buy analysis
  • Help coordinate RfQs across teams
  • Ensure procurement inputs meet bid requirements
  • Travel may be needed to support bid office operations and team coordination
  • Contribute to competitive, well-structured tender submissions through effective procurement support

What you will bring to the team:

  • Degree qualified or other professional qualifications; such as Diploma or Certificate in a related subject matter combined with significant practical experience on EPC projects.
  • Minimum 5+ years experience in the delivery of energy, resources or similar construction projects
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Capable of hands on management of major equipment packages
  • Demonstrated understanding of commercial terms and conditions and ability to negotiate same
