We're seeking an experienced and motivated Project Engineer to join our Precast Division. This role will work closely with our in-house team to prepare detailed lift plans, provide technical support, and contribute to the safe and efficient delivery of lifting operations across a range of projects.

About the Role

As a Project Engineer, you'll be responsible for preparing lift plans using CAD software, attending sites as needed to support our team, as well as collaborating with our Projects and Crane Hire divisions to assist with lift planning as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare lift studies, rigging configurations and technical drawings using CAD
  • Conduct site assessments and provide technical advice during lifting operations
  • Work closely with the Precast, Projects, and Crane Hire teams to coordinate lifts
  • Ensure all lift plans meet safety and compliance standards
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in lift planning processes

About You

  • Strong CAD experience (AutoCAD or similar)
  • Sound understanding of mobile cranes and lifting equipment (advantageous)
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • A proactive and collaborative approach with a willingness to learn
