Fabrication Project Coordinator

Our Client in the Northwestern suburbs are looking for a Project Coordinator with view to permanency

Duties:

  • Provide technical advice in relation to projects during tendering /estimating process
  • Project Coordinate
  • Always on the look out for new opportunities for the Company
  • Close out negotiations prior to project award
  • Audit proposals for both new and existing quotes
  • Preparing metal take offs for projects and details for fabrication.
  • Liaise between client and workshop for project progressing

Key Criteria:

  • Strong knowledge of Steel Fabrication, Mechanical Engineering, Welding processing
  • Project Coordinator
  • Proven record of working experience in similar role with similar back ground
  • Customer focused with the ability to solve problems,
  • Experience in Sales, contract management and negotiation
  • Efficient in all Microsoft Office programs especially Excel
  • Ability to communicate clear instructions to a variety of stakeholders, internally and externally
  • Salary dependent on experience
