About the Role

Join our remote team dedicated to training and supporting our clients, helping them unlock the full potential of Newbook's platform. We're on the lookout for a superstar to join us full-time, Monday to Friday.

While no two days at Newbook are the same, here's a glimpse of how you'll be supporting our clients:

  • Providing expert guidance and support to clients by phone and email
  • Troubleshooting and resolving support issues
  • Guiding clients through how-to questions and best practices within Newbook
  • Logging and managing support cases to ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve client experience
  • Staying up to date on product updates and feature releases

About You

  • You're tech-savvy with the basics – we'll provide all the training you need on our system
  • You're a creative problem-solver who thinks outside the box
  • You communicate clearly and confidently over the phone and email
  • You've worked in a SaaS, IT, or software support environment
  • You're an excellent communicator who loves solving problems and helping others
  • You're confident in navigating cloud-based systems and learning new tech
  • You have patience, attention to detail, and a calm, positive attitude
  • Experience in hospitality, tourism, or property management systems (e.g., NewBook, RMS, or Guesty) is a plus
