With the launch of our new IT Operating Model and the transition of critical IT services in-house, we're reshaping how we deliver technology, making it faster, more responsive, and more aligned with the needs of our organisation and community.

As part of this transformation, we're recruiting for several new roles that will be pivotal in shaping a vibrant, forward-thinking Chief Technology Office, one that adds real value, drives better outcomes, and works in smarter, more agile ways.

About your new role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Web Services Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting and maintaining the City's web platforms and digital services — ensuring they are reliable, secure, and continually evolving to meet the needs of our community. You will collaborate closely with ICT specialists and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes that enhance the City's online presence and digital experience.

You will also provide critical support to ICT resources across the organisation and assist the Enterprise Platform Entity Lead in driving ICT-related activities citywide. This includes contributing to service improvement initiatives, problem resolution, system enhancements, and ensuring our digital platforms are well positioned to support the City's vision of being a 'utility for the future'.

If you are passionate about technology, digital transformation, and supporting innovative service delivery, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking team helping shape the future of technology at the City of Gold Coast.
