About the Opportunity:

We are on the hunt for a dedicated Yard Hand to join our team at Glenelg BMW – Jowett Motor Group

As a Yard Hand, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean, organised yard while ensuring our vehicles look immaculate and ready for delivery to our customers.

This includes:

  • Washing and detailing display cars daily to maintain showroom standards.
  • Preparing vehicles for delivery, ensuring they are spotless and ready to delight our customers.
  • Assisting with vehicle movements and maintaining the yard's cleanliness and presentation.

You'll also support our team with tasks such as organising vehicle displays, minor vehicle checks, and maintaining order in our yard

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who:

  • Has a strong eye for detail and takes pride in their work.
  • Is comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Can drive both manual and automatic vehicles confidently.
  • Is reliable, hardworking, and a team player.

Formal Qualifications / Education / Training:

  • A current and valid driver's license (manual driving capability is essential).
  • Previous experience in vehicle detailing or similar roles is preferred but not essential.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
