About the Role

As a Yard Hand / Trades Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our service technicians and ensuring the smooth operation of our yard and workshop. Your duties will include:


• Assisting with assembly, detailing, and pre-delivery of farm machinery and equipment.


• Maintaining and organising the workshop, yard, and company vehicles.


• Helping move, clean, and prepare machinery for delivery.


• Ensuring all work is performed safely and in line with WHS policies and dealership standards.


• Providing excellent customer service and working collaboratively with sales, parts, and service teams.

What We're Looking For

We're after a team player who is:


• Mechanically minded, with a practical understanding of machinery.


• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused, with a strong work ethic.


• Able to follow instructions and work well within a team environment.


• Friendly, approachable, and keen to learn.

Preferred qualifications:


• Forklift licence (essential or willing to obtain).


• Current driver's licence (essential).


• Experience in machinery, agriculture, or mechanical work (highly regarded).


• Heavy Vehicle licence or welding (advantageous).
