NAB Fraud Services team are looking for customer-centric analysts to work in the Digital Fraud and Anti-Scams.

Your new role

The Digital Fraud and Anti-Scams team is responsible for investigating, responding to, and remediating fraud and scam incidents across all banking portfolios in a timely and effective manner.

To ensure optimal prevention of fraudulent activities and to protect customers, the team operates 24/7.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough investigations into fraud and scam cases.
  • Making prompt outbound calls to customers, using targeted questioning to identify and assess potential digital scam-related incidents.
  • Maintain awareness and comply with all policies, procedures, and statutory requirements to maximise efficiency and minimise risk.

This is a 6-months temporary role with opportunities for extensions.

The team works on a 24/7 rotating rosters, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday.

Please note you will likely be rostered on day shifts, including weekend work - 5 days per week.

Strong opportunities for extension and permanency. The pay is at $38.99+super, excluding shift penalty.

  • Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including night shift and weekends

  • Strong analytical and attention to detail skills
  • Solid time management
