Accounts / Office Junior

RFS is looking for a motivated and reliable Accounts/Office Junior to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get hands-on experience in a supportive workplace.

Location: On-site Balcatta warehouse office (no remote work)

Rate: $30–$35 per hour (including casual loading)

Hours: Casual, approx hours per week (flexible, with potential to increase or part-time to be considered once on-boarded)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with accounts payable/receivable and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • General office admin duties (filing, data entry, document preparation)
  • Supporting the wider team with day-to-day operations
  • Reception/phone and email enquiries as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Basic computer literacy (Excel/Outlook/Word)
  • Willingness to learn and pitch in where needed
  • Previous admin or accounts experience is valued but not essential
