We're looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our team and lead acquisition marketing for our Superannuation customers. This 12-month contract offers a unique opportunity to drive engagement and acquisition through 1:1, digital, and above-the-line channels—helping Australians build wealth with confidence.

You'll be part of the CommSec, Wealth & Private Marketing Chapter , within the Consumer Marketing organisation. As a Centre of Excellence, we define and execute marketing strategies that support the business goals of CommSec, Wealth, and Private Banking. We work closely with Retail Bank and CommSec leadership to deliver high-impact initiatives through team membership or a flexible 'flow to work' model.

Day to day you will
  • Lead end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for Superannuation campaigns
  • Own acquisition targets and performance outcomes
  • Collaborate with CommBank teams and external partners to deliver high-impact communications
  • Use customer and market insights to develop audience-led initiatives that educate and engage
  • Analyse campaign performance, provide actionable recommendations, and manage optimisation
  • Ensure alignment across broader marketing plans and channels

  • Extensive experience leading marketing for financial products or customer segments
  • Strong expertise in data-driven targeting and digital campaign execution
  • Deep understanding of paid digital media and performance marketing
  • Highly developed project management and communication skills
