Woods & Co has partnered with one of Melbourne's established high-end contractors. The client is well known for its mid-rise luxury builds, which are valued at up to $30 million. 

What do you do?

  • Deliver projects from pre-construction through to handover of up to $20 million.
  • Negotiate with trades, asses variations (as required), progress reporting, and pre & post-construction contract negotiations.
  • Deliver developments on budget and within time frames.
  • Assist in budget and financial reporting, program updates and material planning.
  • Assist in estimating department (as required).
  • Manage and facilitate OH&S responsibilities for the project.
  • Lead and mentor the project teams.

*What do you need?*

  • 2 plus years of Project Manager experience
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodology
  • Ability to manage and follow programs
  • Ran residential projects for a head contractor valued upwards of $20 million
  • Above average communications skills both verbal and written
  • Motivated and driven
