Job DescriptionThe Reception and Front of House Coordinator is responsible for front-of-house services for AFCA across our Sydney office. Our offices are located in the heart of Sydney's CBD on George street with a vibrant workplace culture and amazing organisational benefits. Reporting to the Senior Manager - Properties & Procurement, you'll become part of a welcoming and collaborative Facilities team. Whether you're transitioning from a Reception or Hospitality background, or just beginning your career journey, this role offers a rewarding and challenging environment where you'll be supported to grow and succeed.
This position does require you to work onsite at our Sydney office. The role is permanent and we can consider full-time or part-time options.
Typically, in this role you will:
- Welcome AFCA staff and visitors, providing support in using the amenities of our office.
- Administer Registration of visitors in accordance with AFCA's security and access policy
- Maintain Boardroom and meeting room facilities.
- Registration and coordination of maintenance contractors in accordance with AFCA's contractor policy.
- Coordination of daily office cleaning services.
- Organise and coordinate catering and supplies as required for meetings and events.
- Responsible for the maintenance and ordering of office stationery and other office consumables as required.
- Coordinate all incoming and outgoing courier services.
- Operate in a hands-on and people first environment with exposure to key stakeholders

- Previous experience in Reception, Concierge, or Hospitality is beneficial—but we welcome those eager to learn and grow.

- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Well-developed organisational and time management skills to keep things running smoothly.
