The Role

You will oversee the day-to-day operation of ACON’s Front of House (including desk duties, ACON’s vitamin service, Reception, and general administration tasks) to ensure the highest quality individual service provision to ACON’s staff, clients, visitors and ACON’s tenant organisations.
- Plan, schedule, deliver and evaluate front of house activities/materials to achieve established goals and objectives in line with the ACON Business Plan.
- Cooperate with ACON staff, community stakeholders and clients in developing, assessing, and modifying program services to meet the needs of clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain appropriate and timely statistics, administrative records and written reports as required.
- Manage, support, train and evaluate Front of House staff and casual workers, including managing the rostering of all Front of House staff.
- Produce and distribute ACON’s monthly Staff Directory.
- Actively participate in, and contribute to, an ongoing process of supervision (including ACON’s Performance Review processes), unit meetings, team meetings, general staff meetings, quality improvement and professional development strategies.
- Perform other duties to assist with the work of the unit as maybe requested from time to time.
- Manage and order all ACON’s stationery requirements in accordance with ACON policy.
- Assist the People & Culture team with the ACON volunteer base, providing administrative support in relation to on-boarding and profile maintenance, and other associated duties relating to volunteers as required.
