At Ingenia, we're all about building belonging.

As an ASX 200 listed company, Ingenia owns and operates a growing network of over 100 lifestyle communities and holiday parks across Australia. Our portfolio includes over 15,700 income-generating sites, with more than 11,000 residents calling our communities home each day, and over 1.2 million guest nights enjoyed annually across our holiday parks.

Whether someone is staying for a weekend or settling in for years, we're focused on creating warm, inclusive spaces where people truly feel at home.

Our people care deeply; about their work, their communities, and making a real difference. We're bold, customer-focused, and always improving. At Ingenia, you're empowered to grow, contribute, and create moments that matter.

Do what matters. Know you matter.

Join us and help bring great experiences to life, starting with you

Due to team growth, we are hiring an Events and Partnerships Coordinator based from our Sydney office.

Reporting to the Events and Partnership Executive, this role will support and deliver event activations and sponsorships for our Holiday Parks that drive brand engagement and commercial outcomes. As our on-the-ground lead for physical Holidays activations, you'll work closely with partners, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

This hands-on role requires a proactive mindset and the ability to think of your feet; whether it's a delayed delivery or a last-minute hardware store run, you'll be the one who makes it happen.

  • Heavily discounted accommodation at Ingenia Holiday Parks
  • Employee share options
  • Retailer discounts
  • Novated Lease options
  • Hybrid working options with ability to travel for events
  • Up to 26 weeks paid parental leave

  • Coordinate and support nationwide events, expos, and activations.
  • Represent the Ingenia brand onsite, engaging with customers and managing setup/bump-out.
  • Liaise with partners, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth execution.
  • Troubleshoot issues on the go with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Assist with reporting, budget tracking, and partnership administration.

About You

  • Energetic, outgoing, and confident engaging with customers.
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, hands-on environments.
  • Comfortable solving problems independently and under pressure.
  • Experience in events, tourism, hospitality, or promotional work preferred.
  • Sydney-based with a valid driver's licence and flexibility to travel.

Recruitment Process

  • Apply via Ingenia's website (no cover letter needed)
  • Phone conversation with Talent Acquisition team
  • Interviews
  • Background Checks
  • Receive your offer, and join your team that values your contribution and collaboration
