What role will you play
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our clients and advisers by efficiently managing the administration and processing of a variety of requests, from onboarding and account maintenance requests to asset transfers and payments. You will prioritise accuracy and timely completion of tasks, contributing to high service standards and a quality client experience. Working closely with our Client Experience and Client Care teams, you will help address outstanding matters and facilitate smooth interactions. You will also collaborate with stakeholders across our business to resolve issues and deliver positive client outcomes, while maintaining a strong focus on risk management to safeguard client information and uphold operational excellence.
What you offer
- Strong attention to detail and skills in time management, decision making and prioritisation, including the ability to multitask
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
- Administration experience or experience working with a wealth platform desirable, however not essential
