RESPONSIBILITIES
- IT and website support, attending customers' on-premises and remote.
- Provide support and execute tasks related to ERP/CRM software implementations.
- Create a positive customer support experience and build strong customers relationships.
- Escalating issues on time and handling customers in a professional manner.
- Log, address, and resolve all incidents and requests; engage other service desk resources.
- Create, update and maintain technical knowledge database documentation.
- Research and evaluate new technologies and keep updated knowledge of new products.
- Travel is required to provide technical customer support outside of the Brisbane office.
- Commitment to company mission and customer services policies.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Microsoft Windows Servers, Hyper-V, AD, DNS, Group Policies.
- Cloud services Amazon AWS, Google and Azure.
- Microsoft Office 365 Business, Outlook, Mac OS and Mobile technology.
- Microsoft Excel, OneDrive & Share-point applications.
- Linux Servers, Ubuntu, Centos management and deployment.
- General understanding of networking management, LAN/WAN/VLAN's.
- General knowledge of enterprise infrastructure monitoring tools.
- Familiar with Firewall solutions Sophos, Pfsense.
- Familiar with cloud-based backup solutions, Acronis and Synology.
- Familiar with password management application.
- Familiarity with mobile device management tools MS Intune, Sophos MDM.
- Familiar with Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics or Netsuite ERP/CRM software implementation and ongoing support is highly regarded.
- Strong writing and verbal communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate grace under pressure.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
- At least two years of work experience providing IT support, is preferred.
- Must be proactive and willing to go the extra mile.
- Must have a driver's license and own a car.
