Jayco Corporation Pty Ltd is the largest manufacturer of recreational vehicles in Australia and New Zealand.

We're looking for a motivated and reliable Office Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is focused on providing administrative support to the HR function, including maintaining records, assisting with onboarding processes and general office administration tasks.

In this position, you'll be the go-to person for a range of office support tasks, including:

  • Supporting HR with general office administration
  • Preparing documents, data entry and filing
  • Assisting with reception duties
  • Taking on other admin projects as needed

What we're looking for:

  • Previous administration or office experience is an advantage, but not essential
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a team environment
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite)
