NumberWorks'nWords has over 40 years of experience and success in offering co-curricular educational support for students of all ability levels across our network of 70 centres. Our maths and English programs cater for students from Kindergarten to Year 10. We achieve results by nurturing a fun, rewarding and collaborative learning environment, which is at the heart of our success.

About the Role

Located in the leafy suburb of St Ives, this exciting role offers the right candidate the opportunity to combine your passion for working with youth with the important responsibility of managing a team of around 25 highly engaged tutors as well as daily interaction with parents and your centre owner.

Our focus is harnessing the power of FUN to draw the best results from children in the core subjects of maths and English.

Share your passion for maths and Literacy in a supportive, friendly teaching environment. Enjoy working 11:30am - 8pm weekdays during school terms, with some additional duties outside these hours.

Skills and experience

  • Have a passion for teaching maths and/or English. While you may be stronger in one discipline, you feel confident with both subjects.
  • Experience in Learning & Development or similar role
  • Strong communicator and listener
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Team player
  • Sales experience would be highly regarded
