About the role

Swimart St Ives is seeking a dedicated Service Technician/Pool Cleaner to join our team. This full-time role will be based in St Ives, NSW 2075 and involves maintaining and servicing swimming pools for our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Inspecting, servicing and maintenance of swimming pools and associated equipment.
  2. Providing exceptional customer service and advice to clients
  3. Troubleshooting and diagnosing pool-related issues
  4. Maintaining accurate records and documentation

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant qualifications or experience in pool maintenance and servicing
  2. Excellent customer service orientation and communication abilities
  3. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  4. Commitment to providing exceptional service and an attention to detail
  5. Current valid Australian driver's licence required
