Internal team only - We're Hiring a Merchandise Manager  (Internal applicants only)

Are you passionate about product, strategy, and driving commercial results? We're on the lookout for a talented Merchandise Manager in the  Baby and Kids team to play a key role in shaping the future of one of our most exciting categories.

In this role, you'll be responsible for executing category plans that align with our broader strategic direction and support the long-term growth of the Bonds Group and Hanes Australasia.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing all aspects of product lifecycle – from range planning and new product introductions to SKU maintenance and exit strategies
  • Delivering highly commercial and profitable seasonal ranges
  • Achieving sales and profit targets through smart range selection and allocation
  • Developing and managing an annual merchandise plan aligned to business goals
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build strong internal value stream relationships
