You will have the opportunity to step into an ANZ role that is as rich and dynamic as the perfect espresso shot. You'll take ownership of a diverse range of responsibilities, including preparing and executing contracts, supporting the L & D roadmap through systems and process setup, maintaining accurate employee data, coordinating recruitment administration, providing executive assistant support, and contributing to the People & Culture team's key deliverables.

In essence, as our P&C Administrator, you will be the driver of the team's operations, enhancing our efficiency and contributing to our dynamic workplace culture.

  • Prior experience in People and Culture administration is advantageous, though not essential
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills with a talent for building effective relationships
  • Highly organised with excellent planning abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to tasks
