Associated Christian Schools (ACS)
is a vibrant network of Christian schools united by a shared commitment to Christ-centred education for the common good. ACS exists to support the growth of Christian schools through advocacy, professional development, leadership support and collaborative partnerships.
ACS is seeking a visionary and relational
Executive Director
to lead its office and guide the future of Christian education across Australia. This senior leadership role is based in Queensland and reports to the ACS Board.
ACS welcomes applications from experienced and purpose-driven leaders who demonstrate:
- A personal commitment to the Christian faith and alignment with ACS's values and
- statement of belief.
- Proven executive leadership experience in education, faith-based organisations, or
- aligned sectors.
- Strategic vision and agility, with a track record of delivering impactful outcomes.
- Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to unify
- diverse communities.
- Strong governance, financial, and operational acumen.
- A servant-hearted leadership style marked by empathy, integrity, and resilience.
The role reports to the ACS Board and is more than a leadership opportunity — it's a calling to serve, influence, and uplift Christian education across ACS schools. The Executive Director will be a trusted voice, a collaborative leader, and a faithful steward of ACS's mission.
