The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Associate or Associate Director-level Quantity Surveyor
to take a leadership role within the Brisbane office. The successful candidate will:

  • Lead project teams across multiple large-scale projects
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Provide high-level technical expertise and strategic cost management solutions
  • Play an active role in business development and contribute to company growth
  • Work closely with the executive leadership team, benefiting from direct mentorship and career development opportunities

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within a consultancy
  • Extensive client-facing experience, with the ability to deliver cost management solutions at the highest level
  • Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of quantity surveying
  • Exceptional time management skills, with a proven ability to meet multiple deadlines under pressure
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work autonomously and contribute to business development initiatives.
