Ausdance QLD is seeking a new Executive Director to lead our small but mighty team. We need a strong, strategic leader who can inspire, collaborate, and get things done. The role blends strategic leadership with operational management. You will lead with a First Peoples First approach, ensuring Cultural knowledge guides strategy and will work closely with a skilled, passionate Management Committee. The ED will ensure Ausdance QLD remains a trusted, influential, and sustainable peak body serving Queensland's dance communities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and oversee operational management of Ausdance QLD.
  • Lead with a First Peoples First approach; ensure Cultural knowledge informs strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Management Committee to guide the organisation's direction and priorities.
  • Inspire, align, and motivate staff and stakeholders to deliver outcomes for Queensland's dance communities.
