ACS is seeking a visionary and relational Executive Director to lead its office and guide the future of Christian education across Australia. This senior leadership role is based in Queensland and reports to the ACS Board.

Qualifications
  • A personal commitment to the Christian faith and alignment with ACS's values and statement of belief.
  • Proven executive leadership experience in education, faith-based organisations, or aligned sectors.
  • Strategic vision and agility, with a track record of delivering impactful outcomes.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to unify diverse communities.
  • Strong governance, financial, and operational acumen.
  • A servant-hearted leadership style marked by empathy, integrity, and resilience.
Responsibilities

The role reports to the ACS Board and is more than a leadership opportunity — it's a calling to serve, influence, and uplift Christian education across ACS schools. The Executive Director will be a trusted voice, a collaborative leader, and a faithful steward of ACS's mission.
