New Town Toyota & Kalamunda Toyota are growing and we're looking for people to grow with us.

An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team in East Vic Park.

This is a full-time permanent role. The successful candidate will have a key focus on debt collections, including all aspects of our receivables function.

How you will make an impact:

  • Ensuring prompt settlements of receivables
  • Running daily bank reconciliations and preparing daily bank deposits
  • Receipting of direct remittances
  • Matching receipts and invoices
  • Raising miscellaneous invoices
  • Timely follow up of customer queries / internal receipting queries
  • Working towards tight end of month deadlines

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years experience in debt collection / accounts receivable
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
  • High attention to detail
  • Intermediate Excel Skills
