Broker Support Administrator

Part time casual role – min 20 hours per week (flexible hours and days)

Central Guildford location

Competitive market hourly rate

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Broker Support Administrator/PA to join a small broking firm based in Guildford. This role offers flexible working environment, training in areas where needed, and a fun and relaxed office.

With a background in the banking industry, you will have sound knowledge of banking processes, financial databases, a strong customer service focus and administration skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work alone and as part of a team, as you will be solely working with one broker who has over 25 years experience in the finance industry.

This brokerage assists with both commercial and residential clients nationwide and due to growth of the business, we are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual who has a passion for finance. You will take ownership of processes and compliance and assist in liaising with varied and vast clientele applications through to settlement.

ROLE RESPONSIBILTIES:

· Residential and Commercial loan processing

· Sourcing information and client details to submit loans

· Dealing with existing clients and new clients

· Compliance of client files

· Marketing and Social Media update

· Diary Management – scheduling calls and face to face to meetings

WHAT'S NEEDED?

· At least 2 years in a broker support role or experience in a banking environment highly desirable

· Proven ability to meet deadlines, be highly organised and have great attention to detail

· Experience with loading loan applications and data entry

· A focus for customer experience, including a professional telephone manner

· Have knowledge to speak with clients and banks confidently about loan applications and processes

· Strong relationship management skills and the ability to interact with all stakeholders

· Ability to pick up work last minute and use initiative

· Time management skills and an understanding of how to prioritise work

· Experience using financial based CRM – ideally Flex and AFG.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
