Marketing Officer (On-Site Position)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM, 4 days per week

At Staff Services Solutions, we provide professional staffing and business support services that help organizations find the right people to grow and succeed. We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic Marketing Officer to join our team at our dedicated Glenroy office. This is a casual, part-time role ideal for someone who enjoys communication, research, relationship-building, and contributing to business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call potential employers to identify their staffing needs and promote our services.
  • Conduct research on potential clients, market trends, and business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email.
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing and outreach strategies.
  • Support promotional, advertising, and branding activities.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to visa applications, including document preparation and lodgement.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and follow-ups.
  • Contribute creative ideas to improve marketing and client engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing or an equivalent course.
  • Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Must have competent email communication and research skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and phone communication abilities.
  • Previous experience in marketing, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Knowledge or experience in visa processing or documentation will be an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Self-motivated, professional, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
