We are a busy specialist practice looking for a friendly and self-motivated member to join our Coffs Harbour team on a casual basis 1-2 day per week.

This role is for 1 (+staff relief) shift per week, with long term commitment preferred.

In this busy role you will be expected to handle phones, patients, referrers and doctors' requests simultaneously. Ideally you have great communication skills and are efficient on computers. A background in medical is not essential (although preferred) as we are willing to train the right person.

Requirements:

· Positive attitude, approachable and friendly

· Demonstrable accurate data entry skills

· Attention to detail paired with excellent communication skills

· The ability to operate with confidential information

· Caring and attentive attitude towards fellow staff, patients and doctors

· Strong work ethic with willingness to learn

· Well-presented and reliable

· Knowledge of Genie Solutions an advantage
