The role

The Data Integrity Officer contributes to the safe and efficient operation of South East Water's sewerage and water networks.  This includes the coordination of reporting and data integrity for water and sewer maintenance activities, assessment and management of CCTV footage and data, coordination of plumbing claim reimbursements, council hydrant invoicing and other reporting and reimbursements as required.

Managing the Property Connection Breaches (PCB) program, you will undertake data entry and reporting for a number of key sewer and water maintenance KPIs and warranty breaches. This is an office-based role where you will be a key point of contact for customer reimbursements, while also working closely with maintenance teams who may seek your advice in relation to field-based activities.  

This role is offered as a 6-month max-term opportunity.

Who are you?

The successful applicant will hold an excellent understanding of the sewer and water networks, including experience and knowledge of CCTV assessment of the sewer network.

With the ability to operate independently and undertake robust investigations in a timely manager, you will also hold the following skills and attributes:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information within letters and reports on work standards and issuesCustomer-focussed mindset, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholdersAbility to process high volumes of work, coupled with the ability to work autonomously and part of a teamKnowledge of quality assurance proceduresExperience with or knowledge of plumbing terminology would be beneficial What's in it for you?

This role is remunerated at a Level 3, which is between $94,442 and $101,456 + super and offers are commensurate with the successful candidates' experience.
