We are looking for a compassionate and reliable female Disability Support Worker to provide person-centred support in daily living and community participation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Living Assistance – providing support with household tasks, personal organisation, and day-to-day activities.
  • Social and Community Participation – supporting the participant to engage in community activities, attend appointments, and build social connections.
  • Transport – using your own vehicle to transport the participant safely to appointments, shopping, and community activities when required.

Requirements:

  • Female support worker (as requested).
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting individuals with behaviours of concern.
  • Patient, empathetic, and skilled in de-escalation strategies.
  • Current driver's licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Reliable, professional, and respectful of client independence.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $32.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 24 per week
