About the Opportunity

Revolution Care is currently seeking an experienced and reliable Receptionist/Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and stakeholders, while also providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients, visitors and staff in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails and general correspondence
  • Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for the office and clinical staff
  • Maintain and update client records in line with NDIS compliance and privacy requirements
  • Order and monitor office supplies and manage stock levels
  • Provide general administrative support to various internal teams including HR, Quality Assurance, and Support Coordination
  • Assist with client intake, documentation and service agreements as required
  • Ensure reception and shared office spaces are kept organised and presentable

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (preferably within healthcare or NDIS sector)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and general office systems
  • A professional, friendly, and client-focused approach
  • Ability to obtain or already hold:
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working with Children Check
  • National Police Check
