evidence-based, compassionate, and strengths-focused care
. Our clinicians have particular expertise in
Trauma, Anxiety, ADHD, Autism, and other mental health presentations
.

As our team continues to grow, we're looking for a thoughtful and committed psychologist who shares our passion for making a genuine difference — while maintaining their own wellbeing and balance along the way.

Role Description

As a psychologist at Divergent Minds Therapy, you will:

  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychological interventions to clients across a neurodiverse range of needs.
  • Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and GP correspondence.
  • Communicate clinic policies (such as cancellations and fees) with empathy and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with GPs, psychiatrists, schools, and other stakeholders to ensure holistic care.
  • Engage in regular supervision, peer-support sessions, and ongoing professional development.
  • Contribute to a
    values-driven, inclusive, and supportive team culture.

Ideal Candidate

You are a compassionate and curious clinician who values authenticity, inclusion, and continuous learning.

  • Registration with
    AHPRA
    (Provisional or Fully Registered)
  • Eligible to provide
    psychological services under Medicare
    (preferred)
  • Experience or interest in working with
    neurodivergent individuals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A commitment to
    trauma-informed
    ,

    evidence-based
    practice
