Psychologist – Salaried or Independent Contractor
We are a community-focused boutique psychology practice on the Northern Gold Coast. Our expanding team of creative and compassionate clinicians is seeking a Clinical or Registered Psychologist to join us. Our focus is on providing effective mental health care in a warm and nurturing environment.
We offer services to clients across the age range, with diverse presenting issues, providing individual, family, and group therapy. We have a special interest in trauma-focused therapies.
In joining our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to shape your own career and interests in a supportive environment.
What we offer

Choice of engagement:
- Salaried position with stable income, leave entitlements, and set hours, OR
- Independent contractor role with flexibility to create your own client niche and set your own days and work hours.
Who we are looking for
- A motivated, creative, and self-reflective Clinical or Registered Psychologist who values working in a supportive team environment while serving the community.
- Someone who can work independently and has strong interpersonal skills to collaborate as part of a team.
- Full registration with AHPRA and eligibility for a Medicare provider number.
- Sound organisational and record-keeping skills.
- Professional indemnity and public liability insurance (for contractor option).
