Gouge Linen and Garment services is a leading provider of laundry and dry-cleaning services, specialising in the supply and maintenance of high-quality linen and garments for our valued customers. About the Role

As our HR Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person for all things people and culture. You'll support a diverse workforce in a fast-paced environment, working closely with leaders to drive HR initiatives that make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day HR support across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
  • Partner with line managers to ensure compliance with workplace legislation and company policies
  • Support workforce planning, investigations, and development initiatives
  • Maintain accurate HR records and assist with reporting and audits

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within manufacturing or a similar industrial setting
  • Solid understanding of Fair Work legislation, awards, and compliance requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • An understanding of Modern Awards
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or a related field (desirable)

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $70,000 to $80,000 + super
