As an Energy Efficiency Engineer, you'll work with experienced engineers and industry experts to deliver innovative energy efficiency projects and carbon reduction initiatives.
Based in
Sydney
or Melbourne, this is your opportunity to gain hands on experience while contributing to meaningful outcomes for businesses and the environment.
With respect, integrity and honesty, responsibilities include:
- Supporting the delivery of energy efficiency projects including data collection, analysis and measurement & verification.
- Creating carbon certificates under schemes such as NSW ESS, VIC VEU and the Federal ERF.
- Providing project support to senior engineers and contributing to client account management.
- Preparing accurate project updates and ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Supporting continuous improvements by identifying opportunities to enhance systems, processes and workflows.
- Developing expertise across a wide range of energy-based projects while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Here's what you'll need to thrive in this role:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce clear, insightful reports
- Solid understanding of statistical methods, including regression analysis
- Effective organisational and project management capabilities to deliver outcomes on time and proactively manage risks and challenges
- Demonstrated interest or experience in energy efficiency, measurement and verification (M&V), carbon reduction, and renewable energy initiatives
- Professional communication skills. Clear, articulate, and confident in both written and verbal formats
- Tertiary qualification in engineering, science, or a related discipline is desirable.
