Job Overview

A Sustainability Specialist will work with a key strategic account, supporting the team and influencing sustainability outcomes across a high-profile property portfolio.

The role involves delivering accurate NABERS ratings and certifications, identifying opportunities to improve sustainability performance, and monitoring data to enhance energy efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate NABERS ratings and certifications
  • Conduct data-driven analytics to enhance energy and water efficiency
  • Engage with stakeholders to promote sustainability initiatives
  • Prepare certification submittals and assist in achieving account KPIs
  • Support monthly monitoring of sustainability data and provide insights for ESG ratings
Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Sustainability or Property
  • Experience in sustainability within the building environment
  • NABERS (Offices) and CBD Assessor accreditation
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
