Project Officer

We are seeking a seasoned project leader to oversee our projects and drive our organization's goals.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in delivering projects or consulting on energy efficiency, electrification, and/or renewable energy. A technical degree, such as engineering or science, or sustainability is preferred.

This role involves researching and evaluating technologies and savings opportunities across both schemes. You will also work with customer-facing teams to improve literacy and interest in energy-efficient appliances and equipment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Researching and evaluating technologies and savings opportunities across both schemes.
  • Conducting customer and market research to inform our program strategy.
  • Managing large contracts to deliver in targeted areas.
  • Collaborating with communications specialists, suppliers, installers, and other stakeholders to enhance literacy and interest.
  • Applying technical expertise and project management skills to support the delivery of existing initiatives and design new ones.

Key Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in project leadership and management.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
