The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of biofuels and bioenergy projects from concept through to commissioning.

In this role, you'll oversee multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered safely on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. You'll be at the centre of exciting renewable energy developments, managing complex capital projects that make a real difference to our planet.

Experience managing the full project life cycle for new technology development or first-of-a-kind (FOAK) facilities will be highly regarded.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end project delivery – design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external contractors, fostering a collaborative, respectful culture.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and contracts to ensure strong commercial outcomes.
• Uphold a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with HSE and regulatory standards.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders including regulators, partners, and internal leaders.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in project delivery.

What You'll Bring

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related) or Project Management.
• 8+ years' project management experience in energy, renewables, refining, or large industrial projects.
• Proven track record delivering capital projects through to commissioning.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills across diverse teams.
• Commercial acumen with contract and budget management experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capability.
• Experience in biofuels, bioenergy, or renewables will be highly regarded.
