Beacon Building Services (part of the Burbank Group) is seeking a Project Coordinator.

Bring your organisation superpowers to our dynamic team and own the full lifecycle of building repairs, from job registration through invoicing, while partnering with estimators, supervisors and on-site crews.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lodge and track new jobs in our workflow system, securing client approvals
  • Coordinate bookings, tenders, contracts and planning forms
  • Liaise with clients on deposits, variations and project updates
  • Allocate trades for emergency and planned repairs
  • Maintain accurate job files, budgets and client portals
  • Handle incoming calls and rotate through frontline communications
  • Keep service levels high during storm seasons and peak periods

What You Bring

  • Trade background or tertiary qualification in building/construction
  • Proven experience in a similar insurance or building-services role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; workflow system experience advantageous
  • Exceptional organisation, time management and communication skills
  • Customer-first mindset with the ability to meet strict KPIs
  • Adaptable, proactive and quick to master new IT systems
