Blended Services Group is a leading provider of multi-trade, construction, and environmental services across Melbourne. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team and oversee a range of construction projects, from single-trade works to complex multi-trade initiatives.

This role is perfect for a motivated construction professional looking to manage projects across diverse sectors, deliver quality outcomes, and build long-term career progression.

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and delivering construction projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
  • Scheduling and overseeing subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and organisational processes.
  • Preparing project documentation, handover packs, and obtaining client sign-offs.
  • Collaborating with contracts and internal teams to manage variations, purchase orders, and budgets.
  • Maintaining strong client and subcontractor relationships to maximise opportunities and project efficiency.
  • Monitoring project risks, reporting progress, and escalating issues as required.
  • Ensuring all OHS requirements are met and project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

About You

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management or construction.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of construction principles.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Skilled in Excel and project management software; able to quote, scope, and deliver projects efficiently.
  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence and current White/Red Card.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
