The role

Located in the award winning Crown Towers; Crown Spa offers our guests a new level of luxury with tranquil surrounds, relaxing décor and ultimate private pampering suites.

As a Beauty Therapist you'll be a gracious and vibrant host, creating joyful moments through genuine care and meaningful connections. Guided by Crown's 4Cs of Service Excellence: Be Courteous, Connect, Create and Care.

In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

  • Perform a variety of treatments such as facial therapies, body treatments, waxing, relaxation massage, manicures and pedicures.
  • Provide 5 star level of luxury customer service to all guests.
  • Build and maintain a client base and provide clients with useful home care products and advice.

About you

You'll bring the following:

  • Previous experience in a similar position in a hotel or day spa environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a high pressure team environment. 
  • Flexibility to work across a 7 day rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.

To be successful, you MUST have:

  • A nationally recognised Diploma in Beauty Therapy.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol
