About the Role:

We are currently seeking skilled and passionate Spa Therapists to join our team. We are welcoming applications for Casual and Part-Time positions.

As a Spa Therapist at Bamford Wellness Spa, you will deliver exceptional treatments inspired by the Bamford philosophy focused on wellness, sustainability, and mindful living. Through your expertise in wellness therapies, attention to detail, and genuine care, you'll create a calming and rejuvenating experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:


• Deliver a wide range of holistic spa treatments, including massage, facials, body treatments, and wellness therapies


• Consult with guests to tailor treatments to their individual needs


• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, presentation, and professionalism in all treatment areas


• Accurately record guest histories and treatment details


• Recommend spa products and promote wellness offerings


• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the spa menu and the benefits of each treatment

What We Are Looking For:


• Diploma-qualified in Remedial Massage or Beauty Therapy


• Minimum 2 years' experience in spa, massage, or beauty therapy


• Experience in delivering relaxation, deep tissue, hot stone, and facial massage treatments


• Flexible availability, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays


• Previous hotel spa experience (preferred but not essential)


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team


• Strong technical skills with a willingness to learn and grow


• Confidence in recommending products and supporting retail sales


• Warm, caring, and guest-focused approach


• Highly motivated, professional, and reliable


• Genuine passion for wellness, sustainability, and hospitality
