Integration Project Specialist
We're working with a fast-growing tech company that is scaling rapidly across Australia. They're seeking a driven Integration Specialist to lead CRM/ERP rollouts across newly acquired businesses, ensuring smooth transitions and high adoption across both office and field teams.
This is not a purely technical role. While exposure to CRM/ERP systems is important, we are looking for someone with a stronger focus on delivery, training and stakeholder engagement. You'll be the face of integration projects - managing timelines, supporting teams on-site and making sure system rollouts are delivered seamlessly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead end-to-end CRM/ERP implementation projects across newly acquired businesses
- Deliver engaging, practical training for both office staff and field technicians
- Act as the main liaison during integrations-solving problems and keeping delivery on track
- Develop and refine playbooks, templates, and checklists to ensure consistency across rollouts
- Support on-site transitions (typically 1-2 weeks per project), from data validation to go-live
To succeed in the role, you will offer:
- Background in project delivery, ideally within CRM/ERP environments (ServiceTitan, SimPRO, AroFlo, or similar experience is highly regarded)
- Proven experience leading system rollouts or business integrations
- Exceptional communication and training skills - you can explain complex workflows simply
- Strong adaptability - you thrive in dynamic, high-change environments
- Willingness to travel to sites across Australia for short integration periods
This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in a high-growth organisation at the forefront of transforming the residential services industry. You'll work closely with diverse teams, drive meaningful change and see the direct impact of your work at both the local and enterprise level.
If you're delivery-focused, people-oriented and excited by the challenge of integration projects, we'd love to hear from you.
