Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Integration Specialist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile projects and contribute to the development of best practice methodologies.

About the Role

As an integral member of our Solution Architecture and Technical Analysis team, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing business process analysis, integration data modelling, gap analysis studies, and creating technical documentation.
  • Supporting, developing, and analysing interfaces that support programs from an integration and technical information flow perspective.
  • Resolving complex incidents promptly by analysing issues, suggesting solutions, and offering expert advice to meet SLA requirements.
  • Providing specialist technical advice on systems integration projects and upgrades to receiving systems or local integration architecture that impact on the program's supporting integration architecture.
  • Advising and overseeing implementation of processes that maintain the security of the Integration Architecture.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of integration technologies including HL7 and other communication protocols, demonstrated skills in designing, implementing, and managing integration services preferably within a large, complex healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for integration.

- Integration Data Modelling: Design and implement data models that facilitate seamless integration between systems.

- Gap Analysis Studies: Identify gaps in existing systems and develop plans to address these gaps through integration.

- Technical Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation to support integration efforts.

- Interface Development: Develop and analyse interfaces that support programs from an integration and technical information flow perspective.

- Incident Resolution: Resolve complex incidents promptly by analysing issues, suggesting solutions, and offering expert advice to meet SLA requirements.

- Technical Advice: Provide specialist technical advice on systems integration projects and upgrades to receiving systems or local integration architecture that impact on the program's supporting integration architecture.

- Security Implementation: Advise and oversee implementation of processes that maintain the security of the Integration Architecture.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Knowledge of integration technologies including HL7 and other communication protocols.
  • Demonstrated skills in designing, implementing, and managing integration services preferably within a large, complex healthcare setting.
  • Experience in Integration platforms (MuleSoft, Rhapsody, JCAPS, others) preferable.
  • Project management, stakeholder management, and consultation skills.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of simplifying technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
