Job Overview

As a Systems Integration Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the operational success of critical water infrastructure projects.

Your New Role
  • Lead the integration of mechanical and electrical systems for major water infrastructure projects, overseeing all stages from pre-integration to system commissioning.
  • Prepare, manage, and maintain integration documentation, including O&Ms, ITPs, ITCs, SOPs, and other required materials.
  • Coordinate safety and design reviews, provide technical input, and ensure adherence to integration SWMS and safety protocols.
  • Supervise installation and construction activities, identify defects, and ensure timely rectification while verifying instrumentation, SCADA integration, VSD configuration, alarms, and system performance.
  • Develop and execute cutover and seeding plans, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure seamless system integration, optimal performance, and smooth handover to operations.
  • Provide training and operational support to staff to ensure safe and efficient operation of integrated assets.
About You

You're a skilled Systems Integration Specialist with proven experience in water or wastewater integration. You can independently manage complex integration tasks while coordinating with construction and operations teams.

Requirements
  • Hands-on experience integrating water or wastewater infrastructure assets, including mechanical and electrical systems, SCADA, instrumentation, alarms, and process interlocks.
  • Proven ability to generate, manage, and maintain integration documentation such as O&Ms, ITCs, ITPs, and SOPs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve integration challenges, ensuring seamless system integration and compliance with requirements and safety standards.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience training and supporting operations teams during asset handover.
