Job Description

The role of Integration Specialist plays a vital part in bridging the gap between business and technical teams. They are responsible for solving complex integration problems, guiding clients through transformation, implementation, and operation phases of a system.

  • Track issues and risks communicate status and escalate concerns applicable for all clients in their portfolio.
  • Guide the client through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and an understanding of the client's unique business requirements at all stages of the project.
  • Regularly engage and support the client through all phases of the project, ensuring a smooth transfer from legacy systems to the integrated solution.
  • Perform multiple tasks under limited direction, while regularly keeping the client, the project team and the Engagement Manager abreast of changes or progress related to the project.
  • Willingness to take a leadership position on a project, or as a Product Partner Lead and/or Delivery Assurance Reviewer.
  • Display hands-on expertise of the software, including loading client data, moving configuration from tenant to tenant, and configuring business processes and security.
  • Utilize technical aptitude to convert and map data sources into data conversion templates via integrations.
  • Act as a mentor to fellow specialists and analysts, including providing support for shadow assignments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2+ years demonstrated experience with web service technologies (REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, etc)
  • Project experience highly desired
  • Integration certification preferred
  • Confident facilitation and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or other engineering discipline preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
